Security & Governance

Protecting the integrity of every research session

Yelkor Blenvo is built on a principle of restraint: collect only what is necessary, restrict access deliberately, and keep every control auditable. This page outlines how we approach data protection, access management, and compliance posture.

This page describes our general security practices and governance framework. It is not a certification or compliance attestation.
Data protection

Minimal collection, deliberate retention

We design our systems around the assumption that the least amount of stored data is the safest amount of stored data. Account information, usage activity, and research inputs are handled under defined retention windows rather than kept indefinitely by default.

Where data is stored, it is segmented by purpose. Research content, account credentials, and billing information are not pooled into a single undifferentiated store, which limits the blast radius of any single point of failure.

Access control

Who can see what, and why

Access to systems and data at Yelkor Blenvo is governed by role-based permissions rather than blanket administrative rights. The structure below reflects the general shape of that control model.

  • 01 — Scoped Roles

    Role-based permissions

Internal access is assigned by function. Engineering, support, and research operations roles each see only the systems relevant to their work, not the full data estate by default.

  • 02 — Authentication

    Credentialed access

Account access relies on standard authentication practices, with session handling designed to limit how long credentials remain valid before re-verification is required.

  • 03 — Review Cycles

    Periodic access review

Permissions are not treated as permanent. Access levels are periodically reviewed and adjusted as roles, responsibilities, and system needs change over time.

Compliance posture

A framework, not a shortcut

Policy

We maintain internal policies covering data handling, incident response, and vendor review. These policies are living documents, revisited as the platform and its regulatory context evolve.

Vendors

Third-party services used in our infrastructure are selected with security practices in mind and reviewed periodically, rather than adopted and forgotten.

Incidents

We maintain an internal process for identifying, escalating, and addressing security issues. The goal is containment and transparency, not silence.

Scope

Yelkor Blenvo does not claim a specific certification or regulatory status on this page. Any such claims, where applicable, would be communicated separately and explicitly.

Transparency

How we think about trust

Security is not a static checklist for us — it is an ongoing discipline that sits alongside the analytical rigor we apply to research itself. We would rather under-claim than over-promise, which is why this page describes practices and principles rather than asserting guarantees we cannot substantiate.

If you have specific questions about how data is handled in your use of the platform, our support team can walk through the relevant details for your account.

This overview is general in nature and subject to change as our infrastructure and policies develop. It does not constitute a legal or compliance warranty.
